Oversees retail pharmacy operations and supports the Pharmacy Manager while dispensing medications, counseling and immunizing patients, and delivering clinical care.
What you'll do
- Safely dispense prescriptions, counsel patients, provide immunizations, and offer clinical services where permitted.
- Oversee pharmacy operations during assigned shifts, coach team members, and support prescription accuracy, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
- Resolve patient medication or insurance issues and promote compassionate care and positive patient experiences.
