Oversee retail pharmacy operations and support the Pharmacy Manager while safely dispensing prescriptions, counseling patients, providing immunizations and clinical services, and coaching the pharmacy team.
What you'll do
- Dispense and verify prescriptions, counsel patients, provide immunizations, and deliver clinical services where permitted.
- Oversee pharmacy operations during assigned shifts, coach team members, and support compliance, inventory management, and patient safety.
- Support positive patient experiences by resolving medication or insurance issues and collaborating with patients’ healthcare teams.
