Oversees retail pharmacy operations and supports the Pharmacy Manager by safely dispensing and counseling patients, immunizing, coaching the pharmacy team, and delivering clinical care where permitted.
What you'll do
- Dispense prescriptions safely, counsel patients, provide immunizations, and support pharmacist-delivered clinical services where permissible.
- Oversee pharmacy operations during assigned shifts, coach team members, and support prescription workflow, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
- Promote positive patient experiences and coordinate with patients’ healthcare teams to resolve insurance or medication issues.
