Leads and supports retail pharmacy operations, dispensing and counseling, immunizations, patient care, team coaching, and regulatory compliance.
What you'll do
- Dispense prescriptions safely, counsel patients, provide immunizations, and deliver clinical services where permissible.
- Support pharmacy operations and team performance, including overseeing the pharmacy as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy during specified shifts.
- Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company procedures while supporting inventory and patient safety.
