Oversees retail pharmacy operations and team performance while dispensing medications, counseling patients, administering immunizations, and supporting clinical care.
What you'll do
- Safely dispense prescriptions, counsel patients, and provide immunizations and permitted clinical services.
- Support the Pharmacy Manager by overseeing pharmacy operations, coaching team members, and serving as the manager’s proxy when needed.
- Maintain regulatory compliance, inventory practices, patient safety, and positive patient experiences.
