What you'll do
- Support the Pharmacy Manager and oversee pharmacy operations, including serving as the manager’s proxy during shifts without overlap.
- Ensure safe prescription fulfillment, patient counseling, immunizations, inventory management, and compliance with pharmacy laws and policies.
- Coach pharmacy team members and help resolve patient care, insurance, medication, and operational issues.
