About the job
Oversees retail pharmacy operations and team members while dispensing, counseling, immunizing, and providing clinical care to support patient health and safety.
What you'll do
- Dispense prescriptions, counsel patients, provide immunizations, and deliver permitted clinical services such as testing and prescribing.
- Support pharmacy operations, including supervising the team, maintaining safe workflows and inventory, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Coach team members and help resolve patient, insurance, medication, and operational issues.
