Oversee retail pharmacy operations and support the Pharmacy Manager while dispensing prescriptions, counseling patients, providing immunizations and clinical services, and leading pharmacy team performance.
What you'll do
- Dispense and counsel safely, provide immunizations and permissible clinical services, and help improve patient health outcomes.
- Oversee pharmacy operations during assigned shifts, coach team members, and assume day-to-day Pharmacy Manager duties when the primary pharmacist on duty.
- Support compliant operations, prescription workflow, inventory management, and positive patient experiences.
