Oversees retail pharmacy operations and team performance while safely dispensing medications, counseling and immunizing patients, and supporting clinical care.
What you'll do
- Dispense prescriptions safely, counsel patients, provide immunizations, and deliver permitted clinical services such as testing and prescribing.
- Support and oversee pharmacy operations, including serving as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy, coaching team members, and maintaining compliant workflows and inventory practices.
- Promote positive patient experiences and follow applicable laws, safety procedures, and privacy requirements.
