Oversees retail pharmacy operations and supports the Pharmacy Manager while dispensing medications, counseling patients, administering immunizations, and delivering clinical care.
What you'll do
- Dispense prescriptions safely, counsel patients, provide immunizations and permitted clinical services, and help resolve medication or insurance issues.
- Oversee pharmacy operations and team performance during assigned shifts, including coaching staff and assuming day-to-day duties when the primary pharmacist on duty.
- Support regulatory compliance, accurate prescription fulfillment, inventory management, patient safety, and pharmacy scheduling as directed.
