Oversees retail pharmacy operations and team performance while dispensing medications, counseling patients, providing immunizations, and supporting clinical care and regulatory compliance.
What you'll do
- Dispense prescriptions safely, counsel patients, provide immunizations, and deliver clinical services where permitted.
- Support and oversee pharmacy team operations, including coaching, workflow, inventory, and coverage of Pharmacy Manager duties when serving as primary pharmacist-on-duty.
- Maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations, support patient safety, and resolve patient and insurance or medication issues.
