Oversees retail pharmacy operations and team performance while dispensing medications, counseling patients, administering immunizations, and supporting clinical care.
What you'll do
- Dispense prescriptions safely, counsel patients, and provide immunizations and permitted clinical services.
- Support the Pharmacy Manager by overseeing pharmacy operations, coaching team members, and serving as the primary pharmacist on duty when assigned.
- Maintain regulatory compliance, manage inventory practices, and help resolve patient, insurance, and medication issues.
