Oversees retail pharmacy operations and supports the Pharmacy Manager while dispensing medications, counseling patients, administering immunizations, and helping deliver clinical care.
What you'll do
- Support and direct pharmacy staff, including overseeing the pharmacy as the manager’s proxy and handling day-to-day duties when the primary pharmacist on duty.
- Ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment and provide patient counseling, immunizations, and clinical services where permitted.
- Support compliant pharmacy operations, inventory management, patient experience, and team performance.
