Oversees retail pharmacy operations and team performance while safely dispensing medications, counseling and immunizing patients, and supporting clinical care.
What you'll do
- Dispense and counsel on prescriptions, provide immunizations and permitted clinical services, and promote patient safety.
- Support the Pharmacy Manager by overseeing pharmacy operations, coaching team members, and acting as the manager’s proxy when needed.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and follow safe workflow, inventory, controlled-substance, and patient-privacy practices.
