Oversees retail pharmacy operations and team performance while dispensing and counseling patients, administering immunizations, and supporting safe, compliant care.
What you'll do
- Dispense prescriptions, counsel patients, immunize, and support pharmacist-delivered clinical services where permissible.
- Oversee pharmacy operations and team workflow during bench shifts, including coaching, inventory management, and assuming the Pharmacy Manager’s day-to-day duties when primary pharmacist-on-duty.
- Support patient experience, prescription safety, and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and CVS Health policies.

Pay
$60.00 - $76.00 USD base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary
