Oversees retail pharmacy operations and supports the Pharmacy Manager by dispensing and counseling patients, providing immunizations and clinical services, and guiding the pharmacy team.
What you'll do
- Dispense prescriptions safely and accurately, counsel patients, provide immunizations, and deliver clinical services where permitted.
- Oversee pharmacy operations during assigned shifts, coach team members, and support workflow, inventory, and compliance.
- Resolve patient medication or insurance issues and contribute to safe, compassionate patient care.
