Oversee retail pharmacy operations and lead the pharmacy team while safely dispensing medications, counseling and immunizing patients, and supporting clinical care.
What you'll do
- Dispense and counsel on prescriptions, provide immunizations and permitted clinical services, and support patient health and safety.
- Oversee pharmacy operations during assigned shifts, coach team members, and support the Pharmacy Manager with performance, scheduling, inventory, and compliance.
- Resolve patient and medication issues while following applicable laws, professional standards, and CVS Health policies.
