Oversees retail pharmacy operations and supports the Pharmacy Manager by safely dispensing medications, counseling and immunizing patients, and guiding the pharmacy team.
What you'll do
- Dispense prescriptions safely and accurately; counsel patients, provide immunizations, and support clinical care services where permitted.
- Oversee pharmacy operations during assigned shifts, coach team members, and support prescription workflow, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
- Resolve patient care and medication or insurance issues while supporting positive patient experiences.
