Oversees retail pharmacy operations and team members while safely dispensing prescriptions, counseling patients, administering immunizations, and supporting clinical care.
What you'll do
- Dispense and counsel on prescriptions, deliver immunizations and eligible clinical services, and help improve patient health outcomes.
- Support and oversee pharmacy operations, including serving as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy, coaching the team, and maintaining safe and accurate workflow.
- Help ensure compliance with laws and policies, manage inventory, and resolve patient, insurance, and medication issues.
