Oversee retail pharmacy operations and lead the pharmacy team while safely dispensing medications, counseling and immunizing patients, and supporting clinical care.
What you'll do
- Dispense prescriptions, counsel patients, provide immunizations, and support pharmacist-delivered testing and prescribing services where permitted.
- Oversee pharmacy operations during assigned shifts, coach team members, and support safe workflow, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
- Promote positive patient experiences and resolve medication or insurance issues in coordination with patients and their healthcare teams.
