Oversee retail pharmacy operations and support the Pharmacy Manager while dispensing medications, counseling patients, providing immunizations and clinical services, and coaching the pharmacy team.
What you'll do
- Dispense prescriptions safely and accurately, counsel patients, and provide immunizations and permitted clinical care.
- Oversee pharmacy operations when serving as the primary pharmacist, including workflow, inventory, compliance, and team performance.
- Support patient experience and outcomes through compassionate care, issue resolution, and coaching pharmacy staff.
