Oversees retail pharmacy operations and supports the Pharmacy Manager by safely dispensing medications, counseling and immunizing patients, and guiding the pharmacy team.
What you'll do
- Dispense prescriptions safely and accurately; counsel patients and provide immunizations and clinical services where permitted.
- Oversee pharmacy operations during assigned shifts, coach team members, and support inventory, compliance, and patient care.
- Support prescription workflow, resolve patient and medication issues, and help maintain pharmacy performance and safety.
