Oversees retail pharmacy operations and supports the Pharmacy Manager while dispensing medications, counseling patients, providing immunizations and clinical services, and guiding the pharmacy team.
What you'll do
- Dispense prescriptions safely and accurately; counsel patients and provide immunizations and permitted clinical care.
- Oversee pharmacy operations during assigned shifts, coach team members, and support compliance, inventory management, and patient service.
- Follow applicable laws, regulations, professional standards, and company policies, including controlled-substance and patient-privacy requirements.
