Oversees retail pharmacy operations and team performance while dispensing medications, counseling patients, administering immunizations, and supporting clinical care.
What you'll do
- Dispense and counsel safely, provide immunizations and permitted clinical services, and help resolve patient insurance or medication issues.
- Oversee pharmacy operations and team workflow, including serving as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy during specified shifts and supporting inventory management.
- Support regulatory compliance, patient safety, and positive patient experiences through coaching and collaboration with the care team.
