Oversees retail pharmacy operations and supports the Pharmacy Manager by safely dispensing and counseling patients, providing immunizations and clinical services, and guiding the pharmacy team.
What you'll do
- Dispense prescriptions safely, counsel patients, provide immunizations, and deliver clinical services where permitted.
- Oversee pharmacy operations as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy, including workflow, team coaching, inventory, and compliance.
- Resolve patient care and medication issues while supporting positive patient experiences and safe pharmacy practices.
