Oversees retail pharmacy operations and supports the Pharmacy Manager by safely dispensing and counseling patients, providing immunizations and clinical services, and coaching the pharmacy team.
What you'll do
- Dispense prescriptions safely, counsel patients, administer immunizations, and provide permitted clinical services.
- Oversee pharmacy operations during assigned shifts, including workflow, inventory, compliance, and patient issue resolution.
- Coach and support pharmacy team members and contribute to pharmacy performance and scheduling as directed.
