Oversee retail pharmacy operations and team performance while safely dispensing medications, counseling and immunizing patients, and supporting clinical care and regulatory compliance.
What you'll do
- Dispense prescriptions safely and accurately; counsel patients and provide immunizations and pharmacist-delivered clinical services where permitted.
- Support pharmacy leadership, coach team members, and oversee operations during assigned shifts, including when serving as the primary pharmacist on duty.
- Maintain compliant workflows, inventory practices, patient safety, and privacy; resolve patient and insurance or medication issues.
