Oversee retail pharmacy operations and support the Pharmacy Manager while dispensing prescriptions, counseling patients, delivering immunizations, and providing clinical care.
What you'll do
- Dispense and counsel on prescriptions safely, provide immunizations, and support pharmacist-delivered clinical services where permissible.
- Oversee pharmacy operations during assigned shifts, coach team members, and support prescription workflow, inventory, and patient experience.
- Help maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations, laws, and company procedures; take on the Pharmacy Manager’s day-to-day duties when serving as the primary pharmacist-on-duty.
