Oversees retail pharmacy operations and supports the Pharmacy Manager by dispensing and counseling patients, providing immunizations and clinical services, and coaching the pharmacy team.
What you'll do
- Dispense prescriptions safely, counsel patients, provide immunizations, and deliver clinical services where permitted.
- Oversee pharmacy operations during assigned shifts, including workflow, team coaching, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
- Support patient care by resolving medication or insurance issues and collaborating with patients’ healthcare teams.
