Oversees retail pharmacy operations and supports the Pharmacy Manager by dispensing medications, counseling patients, providing immunizations and clinical services, and guiding the pharmacy team.
What you'll do
- Dispense prescriptions safely and accurately; counsel and immunize patients and provide clinical services where permitted.
- Support pharmacy operations and compliance, including inventory, workflow, patient safety, and serving as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy when needed.
- Coach pharmacy team members and contribute to patient experience and pharmacy performance.
