Oversees retail pharmacy operations and supports the Pharmacy Manager by dispensing prescriptions, counseling and immunizing patients, coaching the pharmacy team, and promoting safe, compliant patient care.
What you'll do
- Dispense prescriptions, counsel patients, provide immunizations, and support pharmacist-delivered clinical services where permissible.
- Oversee pharmacy operations during assigned shifts, coach team members, and support prescription workflow, inventory, and patient experience.
- Help maintain regulatory compliance, patient safety, and pharmacy team readiness.
