Provides and oversees retail pharmacy services, including safe prescription dispensing, patient counseling and immunizations, clinical care, and pharmacy team operations.
What you'll do
- Dispense prescriptions safely, counsel patients, provide immunizations and permissible clinical services, and address patient medication or insurance issues.
- Oversee pharmacy operations and team performance during assigned shifts, supporting the Pharmacy Manager with workflow, coaching, scheduling, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies, including patient safety, privacy, and controlled-substance procedures.
