Oversees retail pharmacy operations and team performance while safely dispensing medications, counseling and immunizing patients, and supporting clinical care.
What you'll do
- Dispense prescriptions safely, counsel patients, administer immunizations, and provide permitted clinical services such as testing and prescribing.
- Support the Pharmacy Manager by overseeing pharmacy operations, coaching team members, and assuming day-to-day duties when the primary pharmacist on duty.
- Maintain compliance with pharmacy regulations and company procedures, and support patient experience, inventory management, and safe prescription workflows.
