Oversee retail pharmacy operations and team performance while safely dispensing medications, counseling patients, providing immunizations, and supporting clinical care.
What you'll do
- Dispense and verify prescriptions, counsel patients, provide immunizations, and deliver permitted clinical services.
- Support the Pharmacy Manager by overseeing pharmacy operations, coaching team members, and serving as the manager’s proxy when needed.
- Maintain regulatory compliance, patient safety, inventory practices, and positive patient experiences.
