Oversees retail pharmacy operations and supports the Pharmacy Manager while dispensing medications, counseling patients, providing immunizations and clinical services, and coaching the pharmacy team.
What you'll do
- Dispense prescriptions safely and counsel, immunize, and provide permitted pharmacist-delivered clinical services to patients.
- Oversee pharmacy operations during assigned shifts, including acting as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy when needed, and coach pharmacy team members.
- Support compliant pharmacy operations, prescription fulfillment, inventory management, patient care, and team scheduling as directed.
