Oversees retail pharmacy operations and supports the Pharmacy Manager while providing safe dispensing, patient counseling, immunizations, and clinical care.
What you'll do
- Dispense and counsel on medications, provide immunizations and permitted clinical services, and help improve patient outcomes.
- Oversee pharmacy operations during assigned shifts, coach team members, support workflow and inventory practices, and assist with performance and scheduling.
- Promote patient safety and experience while ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company procedures.
