Oversees retail pharmacy operations and supports the Pharmacy Manager by safely dispensing prescriptions, counseling and immunizing patients, and leading pharmacy team performance.
What you'll do
- Dispense and counsel on prescriptions, provide immunizations, and deliver clinical services where permitted.
- Oversee pharmacy operations as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy, including workflow, team coaching, inventory, and compliance.
- Support positive patient experiences and resolve insurance or medication issues.
