Oversees retail pharmacy operations and supports the Pharmacy Manager by safely dispensing prescriptions, counseling and immunizing patients, coaching the pharmacy team, and providing clinical care where permitted.
What you'll do
- Dispense and counsel on prescriptions, provide immunizations and clinical services, and help resolve patient insurance or medication issues.
- Oversee pharmacy operations during assigned shifts, coach team members, and assume day-to-day duties when the primary pharmacist on duty.
- Support compliance, safe prescription workflows, inventory management, and patient privacy and safety.
