Oversee retail pharmacy operations and team performance while dispensing medications, counseling patients, providing immunizations, and supporting safe, compliant patient care.
What you'll do
- Dispense and counsel on prescriptions, provide immunizations and clinical services, and help resolve patient medication or insurance issues.
- Support the Pharmacy Manager by overseeing pharmacy operations, coaching the team, and acting as the primary pharmacist when assigned.
- Ensure safe prescription workflows, inventory practices, and compliance with applicable laws and pharmacy regulations.
