Oversees retail pharmacy operations and team performance while safely dispensing medications, counseling patients, administering immunizations, and supporting clinical care.
What you'll do
- Dispense prescriptions safely, counsel patients, administer immunizations, and provide clinical services where permitted.
- Support the Pharmacy Manager by overseeing pharmacy operations, coaching team members, and serving as the primary pharmacist on duty when needed.
- Maintain compliance with pharmacy laws and procedures, and support patient safety, inventory management, and positive patient experiences.
