Oversees retail pharmacy operations and supports the Pharmacy Manager by safely dispensing medications, counseling and immunizing patients, and guiding the pharmacy team.
What you'll do
- Dispense prescriptions safely and accurately; counsel patients and provide immunizations and clinical services where permitted.
- Oversee pharmacy operations during assigned shifts, coach team members, and support the Pharmacy Manager with performance, scheduling, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
- Resolve patient and medication issues while following applicable laws, professional standards, and CVS Health policies.
