Oversees retail pharmacy operations and supports the Pharmacy Manager by dispensing and counseling patients, providing immunizations and clinical care, and guiding the pharmacy team.
What you'll do
- Dispense prescriptions safely and accurately, counsel patients, and provide immunizations and permitted clinical services.
- Oversee pharmacy operations during assigned shifts, coach team members, and support prescription workflow and inventory management.
- Promote patient safety and regulatory compliance, resolve patient care issues, and support positive patient experiences.
