Oversees retail pharmacy operations and supports the Pharmacy Manager by safely dispensing medications, counseling and immunizing patients, coaching the pharmacy team, and delivering clinical care where permitted.
What you'll do
- Dispense medications safely, counsel patients, provide immunizations, and support clinical services such as testing and prescribing where permitted.
- Oversee pharmacy operations during assigned shifts, coach team members, support prescription workflow and inventory, and assume day-to-day manager duties when the primary pharmacist on duty.
- Maintain regulatory compliance, patient safety, privacy, and positive patient experiences.
