Oversee retail pharmacy operations and support the Pharmacy Manager while safely dispensing medications, counseling patients, providing immunizations and clinical services, and coaching the pharmacy team.
What you'll do
- Dispense prescriptions safely, counsel patients, provide immunizations, and deliver clinical services where permitted.
- Oversee pharmacy operations as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy, including workflow, team coaching, inventory, and compliance.
- Support positive patient experiences by resolving medication or insurance issues and coordinating with patients’ healthcare teams.
