Oversees retail pharmacy operations and supports the Pharmacy Manager while dispensing prescriptions, counseling and immunizing patients, and delivering clinical care.
What you'll do
- Dispense prescriptions safely, counsel patients, provide immunizations, and deliver clinical services where permitted.
- Oversee pharmacy operations during assigned shifts, coach team members, and support performance, workflow, inventory, and compliance.
- Support positive patient experiences by resolving medication or insurance issues and collaborating with patients’ healthcare teams.
