Oversee retail pharmacy operations and support the Pharmacy Manager while safely dispensing medications, counseling patients, providing immunizations and clinical services, and guiding the pharmacy team.
What you'll do
- Dispense prescriptions safely and provide patient counseling, immunizations, and clinical care where permitted.
- Oversee pharmacy operations as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy, coach team members, and support accurate workflow and inventory management.
- Help ensure regulatory compliance, resolve patient and medication issues, and support positive patient experiences.
