Oversees retail pharmacy operations and supports the Pharmacy Manager while dispensing prescriptions, counseling and immunizing patients, and promoting safe, compliant, compassionate care.
What you'll do
- Dispense prescriptions and provide patient counseling, immunizations, and clinical services where permitted.
- Oversee pharmacy operations during assigned shifts, coach team members, and support workflow, inventory, and performance measures.
- Promote patient safety and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and CVS Health policies.
