Oversees retail pharmacy operations and supports safe medication dispensing, patient care, immunizations, and pharmacy team performance.
What you'll do
- Dispense and counsel on medications, provide immunizations and permitted clinical services, and resolve patient medication or insurance issues.
- Support and oversee pharmacy operations, including serving as the Pharmacy Manager’s proxy and maintaining regulatory compliance.
- Coach pharmacy team members and support prescription workflow, inventory practices, scheduling, and patient safety.
