What you'll do
- Lead, guide, and mentor pod teams; collaborate with Agile teams and business, product, and architecture stakeholders.
- Lead design efforts, review solutions across pods, and develop proofs of concept for difficult features.
- Build frontend and backend software using test-driven development and design products to support business needs.
