Develops future CVS Store Managers through a 16-week training program while supporting store operations, customer service, merchandising, inventory, and team leadership.
What you'll do
- Participate in structured learning experiences and virtual and hands-on training toward a Store Manager role.
- Support store operations as a management team member and lead colleagues in line with CVS values and policies.
- Provide customer care, execute merchandising strategies, and manage inventory and assets.
